Demonstrate an understanding of ZUU Anchor Movements.

Demonstrate an understanding of ZUU General Movements.

\

Demonstrate an understanding of ZUU Weapon Movements.

This is a practical assessment which must be completed by submitting videos of yourself demonstrating each of the 16 ZUU Bronze movements. Remember to practice each movement for correct technique. Our team will assess your movements within 7 days of ALL movements being uploaded. After this point, you will be able to complete the final 2 modules of this course. 

Please ensure your assessments satisfy the following requirements:

Film yourself teaching back the movement to us, including the regression and progression you would use for a student.

\

Film each movement as its own video.

\

Only one file per movement allowed.

\

You should have 16 videos in total uploaded.

\

Name each video "MovementName_Your Name" (e.g. FrogSquats_JohnSmith)

\

Maximum File Size: 128MB
