Can I get fit fast using ZUU?

It all depends on what you term fit? You see for many it means having a greater cardio capacity. Others will say its to get strength and mobility, while others still will say dropping unwanted body fat and getting muscle shape.

What we can tell you is in our opinion, ZUU is the fastest way to attaining all of these.

For ZUU to be used in elite sports and armed forces means it’s had to undergo scrutiny from medical staff and coaches on a whole range of objectives. ZUU passed with flying colors.

What’s different about ZUU to other bodyweight training styles?

ZUU is the only high intensity low impact system on the market. This “low impact” ability is extremely valuable when working in the sporting world and with tactical athletes.

Can I legally advertise and teach ZUU classes?

Yes. After you get certified you simply apply to become a ZUU Certified Partner (CP). Our CP program is to license fitness professionals to teach our ZUU workouts in clubs. For a small monthly fee, trainers get access to our updated monthly workouts for small group training.

They also receive branded digital assets to advertise in clubs and post on social media. It allows them to offer something NEW and super effective to customers who will go away and talk about it to their peer group because ZUU is so different.

Can I use ZUU in my workouts for clients after the ZUU course?

Absolutely and we want you to. You cannot use the ZUU logo or branding to advertise or market with, that is for those who join our Certified Partner program.

Can anyone do a ZUU course in person with Nathan or do they have to be a fitness professional?

Anyone can book on and learn, from fitness enthusiasts to teachers, police to parents wanting to understand our system better to help their kids. Approximately 20% of all who have attended ZUU courses have not been in the fitness industry.

We do however recommend a level of fitness as you’ll be doing a lot of practical on the 7 hour course!

How do I get ZUU in my gym/club?

Easy, book on the trainer/s you have in mind to teach the classes. Once they have qualified as a level 1 ZUU trainer either you or they sign up to our L2TZ program.

From there you receive the monthly workouts and advertising needed to promote official ZUU workouts in your gym/club.

Do you have a minimum requirement of trainers needed if I want to do a custom course with Nathan in person?

This is a possibility. Min is 8 participants plus travel expenses. Simply email us with your needs and we can go from there.

Can I do ZUU at home?

Yes you can. One of the best aspects to ZUU is its versatility. You don’t need any equipment or fancy home gym setup. You don’t even need much room. Armed forces love ZUU for our ability to test maximal strength and cardio endurance in a confined space like ships at sea and even submarines.

For you at home this means your bedroom, lounge room, garage or backyard is perfect for ZUU.
