Day 13 & 14 workout

Make sure you’ve practised all the exercises first. It doesn’t matter if your range is poor due to your body being stiff or that your strength is lacking. We’ll take care of that.

Once you’ve practised it’s time to press start on Day 1 and get stuck in. Thes workouts are only 10mins and don’t need any equipment.

They can be done before or after work. You can do them at home or in your garage as Nathan’s doing still in his work gear.

If you stay consistent, expect to see huge changes in your mobility, strength, endurance and quality of life.
